a weekly digest read over coffee

A machinery retail group needed constant social presence across seven brand pages — tractors, spare parts, a general store, a motor-equipment shop. Hiring an SMM team for that grid would cost more than the margin it protects.

Instead, the grid runs on video engines: an idea agent reads the product catalog and a seasonality calendar, writes a scene, a generation model renders the clip, and a fail-closed QC gate scores speech and visuals before anything is allowed out. A failed take never publishes — the slot stays empty rather than embarrassing the brand.

Publishing goes through a scheduler API to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. The whole loop lives in the cloud on cron; the owners see results in a weekly digest.

EXHIBIT A

The grid

7 brands × 4 networks, one post per network per day. Every clip generated, scored and scheduled by the system.

catalog idea agent video model QC gate scheduler 4 networks
daily loop — runs 7× in parallel
EXHIBIT B

Fail-closed QC

Automated review of speech clarity and visual defects. Below threshold — the take is discarded and regenerated, never published.

qc-gate — cron 04:00
▸ take #3142 render ok (41s)
▸ speech score 9.6/10 — PASS
▸ take #3143 render ok (39s)
✗ speech score 6.1/10 — FAIL
↻ regenerating take #3143…
▸ scheduled: fb, ig, yt, tt
a bad take never leaves the building
EXHIBIT C

14-day sample

Follower growth across the grid in two weeks, at a generation cost of cents per clip.
