Say the words and watch every agency in the room nod.

“So is it AI-automated?” “Well, you know — we use AI heavily, there's a workflow, someone on the team runs it every morning…”

That conversation plays on loop across agencies and small companies. And there is nothing wrong with it — tools genuinely help. It only becomes a problem when “automated” means a person clicking through the same routine with better software. The routine still owns the person. The person still owns a salary. Nothing runs by itself.

This archive documents the other thing: processes with no one on the keyboard. Content calendars that publish on schedule whether anyone is watching or not. Social grids that fill twenty-eight posting slots a day. Lead pipelines that read, sort and draft — and wait for a single human “yes” exactly where judgment matters.

The people behind these files run a working studio, HeadPills, and an agricultural business on the side. That combination turned out to be the real advantage: every system here was built to survive contact with a live company — real catalogs, real seasons, real customers, real embarrassment when a bad video reaches a brand page. None of this is a demo. If a file is in the archive, the system it describes has run in production.

Building these taught us a few rules that now shape every file:

• Fail closed. When quality control doubts a piece of output, the slot stays empty. An absent post costs nothing; a bad one costs trust.
• Draft where judgment lives. Anything that speaks to a human being on your behalf — outreach, replies, negotiations — is drafted, never auto-sent. Scale the typing, keep the judgment.
• Dashboards, not babysitting. A system you must watch is a job you still have. The owner's role should compress to reading a digest and making decisions.

We built this site to feel like the thing itself: a drawer of case folders, each one opened, stamped and cross-referenced. It's not a services page. It's evidence.
